1. What we collect
When you use Resumefy, you submit professional profile content (such as your LinkedIn headline, About section, and work experience) along with target role preferences. This content is used exclusively to generate your diagnosis or tailored resume.
We also collect minimal technical metadata necessary to process payments (via Stripe) and to operate referral tracking. This includes a session token, payment confirmation status, and — if applicable — the referral code used.
2. How we use your data
- Your profile content is processed by an AI model to produce your report. It is not stored after the analysis window (48 hours).
- We do not use your content to train AI models.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card details.
3. Data retention
Analysis results are automatically deleted 48 hours after creation. Session metadata (not profile content) may be retained for up to 90 days for payment audit and referral verification purposes, after which it is also deleted.
4. Cookies and tracking
Resumefy does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We may use minimal first-party session storage to maintain state between pages (e.g., your profile URL as you navigate the analysis flow).
5. Your rights
Because we do not store personal profile content beyond the 48-hour analysis window, most data subject requests (access, deletion) are automatically satisfied by our default data lifecycle. For any other inquiries, contact us at the address below.
